Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Family Planning Clinic
Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Public Health is the community’s leader in disease prevention and a key partner in supporting healthy, active lives. The department provides a wide range of services, including immunizations, communicable disease monitoring and control, WIC nutrition support, and home-visiting programs for conditions such as asthma. Public Health also oversees environmental health, conducts inspections, and coordinates public health emergency preparedness to protect the overall well-being of the Anaconda-Deer Lodge community.
A central part of this work is the Family Planning Clinic, which promotes the well-being of families, responsible decision-making, and healthy mothers and babies. The clinic offers confidential, professional sexual and reproductive health services to people of all ages, regardless of income, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Services include a wide range of birth control options, reproductive health counseling, clinical exams, and education to help individuals choose the method of contraception that fits their needs—because one style doesn’t fit all. Many residents may qualify for free or reduced-cost care through a discounted sliding-fee program, and no one is denied services due to inability to pay.
The Family Planning Clinic is committed to treating all clients with respect and providing nondiscriminatory care. For information about services, schedules, or appointments, contact the Public Health Department at 406-563-7863.
